"Samson's Columns" Lesson Video

See how much weight you can support with a single sheet of paper. This relates to column strength, balance, compression test, teamwork, sharing, utilizing shared knowledge (they see what others did and try to improve on that). This video also includes one of Mr. Mac’s crazy stories, “Evil Mister Fred's Giant Castle,” to help students remember the lesson. Difficulty: Easy. Length of videos: approx. 25 minutes (Actual lesson lasts about an hour.)
