Fall 2025 Science Classes
Hands on, experiment based science classes with new topics and experiments for the Fall of 2025! Our Cupertino facility provides both an indoor lab space with ample spaces outside for our larger and messier experiments.

- Hands on, experiment based Science Classes for ages 5-18
- All New Experiments Each Session! We typically don’t repeat experiments more than once every 3-4 years.
- More classes! Additional classes on a range of subjects offered for homeschool families at the same location Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday by A-Team.
Fall Experiment List
- Liquid Nitrogen – Freeze stuff, shrink balloons, and make Dippin’ Dots ice cream!
- Popping Boba – Use molecular gastronomy to create tasty liquid filled spheres!
- Hydraulic Arms – Create a grabber arm that moves with hydraulics!
- Cartesian Divers – Explore buoyancy with a friend who dives at your command!
- Erosion – How can you prevent erosion and how do streams shape the land?
- Magnetic Slime – Can you make slime that will chase and eat magnets?
- Comets – Mix chemicals, dirt, and dry ice to create comets!
- Parachutes – Shoot your parachute out the top of our wind tunnel and watch it float!
- Candle in a Jar – What happens if you are trapped in a cave and the candle goes out?
- Chromatography – Watch colors climb, separate, and merge!
- Crystal Growing – Explore crystals and how they grow!
- Electromagnets – Can you make a magnet that turns on and off?
- Electric Motors – Create a spinning motor from batteries, magnets, and wire!
- Tiny Decomposers – What tiny creature can we find breaking down our soil?
Schedule and Registration
14 Week Session: August 26th-December 18th, Fall Break October 6-10 and Thanksgiving Break November 24-28 (This schedule may be adjusted slightly to coordinate with the ATeam calendar)
Tuition:
- $345 ($385 charter school) for standard science classes
- $700 ($740 charter school) for 2 hour High School a-g Physics

If a class is marked as full and closed to new registration you can contact our director at director@rockitscience.com to be placed on the wait list. We highly recommend you follow the instructions on our “How to Register” page to avoid any confusion if you are new to our system. Registration will be opening soon for our Fall classes! The schedule is shown below. When the classes are open for registration the buttons below will become live and we will send out an e-mail to our distribution list.
