Spring 2026 Science Classes

Hands on, experiment based science classes with new topics and experiments for the Spring of 2026! Our Cupertino facility provides both an indoor lab space with ample spaces outside for our larger and messier experiments.

• Hands on, experiment based Science Classes for ages 5-18
• All New Experiments Each Session! We typically don’t repeat experiments more than once every 3-4 years.
• More classes! Additional classes on a range of subjects offered for homeschool families at the same location Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday by A-Team.

Spring Experiment List

• Stomp Rocket Design – Design, build, and test your own stomp rocket!
• Fiber Optics – How can light travel around corners and across the ocean?
• Density Columns – Create a rainbow tower while exploring liquid density!
• Moon Craters – How does asteroid speed and angle effect craters on the moon?
• Popping Corn – What happens if kernels are too wet or too dry?
• Spin Art – Use spin art to explore rotational motion!
• Water Clocks – Can you make a clock from dripping water?
• Curveball – Use science to throw the perfect curveball!
• Minion Traps – Work together to create a minion trapping machine!
• Hand Warmers – What is the chemistry behind the different types of hand warmers?
• Simple Circuits – Create a light up display with simple circuits!
• Samson’s Columns – How much weight can one sheet of paper hold off the ground?
• Magnetic Pendulums – Create an upside down creature who dances and weaves!
• Bubbling Baking Soda – How many things can we do with bubbling baking soda?

Schedule and Registration

14 Week Session: January 20th – May 9th, Winter Break February 16-20 and Spring Break March 30 -April 3

Tuition:

• $345 ($385 charter school) for standard science classes
• $700 ($740 charter school) for 2 hour High School a-g Physics

If a class is marked as full and closed to new registration you can contact our director at director@rockitscience.com to be placed on the wait list. We highly recommend you follow the instructions on our “How to Register” page to avoid any confusion if you are new to our system. Registration will be opening on Saturday November 15th for our Spring classes! The schedule is shown below. When the classes are open for registration the buttons below will become live and we will send out an e-mail to our distribution list.
